Reviewer's notes

What it holds

TheLotter's agents buy official tickets for lotteries around the world and upload a scan to your account before the draw. You own the ticket and take part in the official draw.

Paying in and out

4 payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is €5. Winnings carry no commission, and each ticket carries a convenience fee of 20 to 30%.

The welcome, read closely

There is no welcome bonus. The service earns its money from the fee on each ticket, which is why the Welcome mark is low.

Best suited to

Players who want a real ticket in a foreign draw and accept the fee as its price. In the US it serves Arizona, Minnesota, New York and Oregon only.
